Willowbrook is an "Over-55 retirement community" centrally located in Largo, FL. There are 110 one and two bedroom units located in nine two story buildings bordering Long Bayou. The community is close to many stores, shops, restaurants, and parks, ten minutes from beautiful beaches, and surrounded by expert healthcare facilities. Onsite amenities include a large fully equipped social hall, heated pool, shuffleboard, and many scheduled activities. Walk to tennis, pickleball, basketball, Largo Recreation Center, strolling parks, and the Largo Nature Preserve. A strong sense of community pride in ownership keeps everything running smoothly, our reserves are strong and monthly maintenance fees low.
